How do I use the ampoules?
→ Shake well before use. Tap the tip of the ampoule to ensure the liquid flows to the bottom.

How do I open the ampoule safely?
→ Hold the ampoule upright with the marked point at the top. To protect your hands, wrap a tissue around the ampoule or use an ampoule opener. Break the tip against the direction of the marked point.

How should I apply the product?
→ Pour the contents into your palm, avoiding direct contact with the ampoule’s breaking point. Gently press the serum onto cleansed face, neck, and décolleté, tapping it in for a few minutes. Follow with your usual Dr. Grandel moisturizing cream.

How often should I use the ampoules?
→ They can be used individually or as part of a treatment course lasting 1–4 weeks. For best results, apply 2 to 3 times per week.
