What is the difference between the BASE and BASE+ Utopian Gel Polish?
Both have the same effect and give good adhesion to the natural nail after properly prepping the natural nail.
It is more of a personal choice as to which BASE you prefer.
The BASE is rather more liquid than the BASE+ and can be applied very finely.
The BASE+ is a slightly thicker gel polish and will fill in ridges and irregularities of the natural nail.
Both have very good adhesion to the nail plate.
As a nail stylist, you choose the base you prefer to work with and if, despite good PREP of the nail, you still encounter challenges, you can adjust your base.
Here SO GUILTY thinks with you because every client is unique and in this way you always have the right solution for your client at hand.
The additional qualities at a glance:
The BASE and BASE+ are flexible on the nail and move with it. This makes them less prone to loosening or breaking.
BASE
- Good adhesion
- Available in 5 and 12 ml
- Acid-free
- Soakable 10min
- Thin gel varnish
- High viscosity
- Curing 30sec LED
- Acid-free
- transparent
BASE+
- Good adhesion
- Available in 5 and 12ml
- Acid-free
- Soakable 10min
- Medium viscosity
- Evens out irregularities and imperfections
- Does not flow into the cuticle
- Cures 30sec LED
- Acid-free
- transparent
Catalise a base coat maximum 30 seconds in UV LED lamp. A base coat that is overcured can become too hard on the nail, compromising its durability by pieces jumping off or breaking.
Usage:
After prepping the nail properly, apply a thin layer of BASE or BASE+ Utopian Gelpolish to the nail.
CAUTION; DO NOT touch skin, as touching the skin can cause lifting and is can possibly cause allergies.
Cure the Base for a maximum of 30 seconds in a UV LED Lamp or SO FAST WAVE DIGITAL PINK lamp. If you still use a standard UV Bulb lamp, cure for 1 minute.

Benefits of the Pre - Clean for applying your nails :
Pre clean is very easy to use with a nail wipe and will also apply a light scrub to the nails to further remove all dust.
- Adhesion : Thanks to the temporary removal of moisture and grease from the nail, the artificial product ( gel, gel polish, acrylic, etc.) you place next can adhere better to the nail for longer durability.
- Simplicity: the PRE - CLEAN 250ml has an anti-leak cap to make it easy to apply the right amount to a wipe. That way, you work economically.
- Bulk: you can also get PRE - CLEAN in a larger format which you can then pour into a dispenser to work neatly and quickly.
What we advise everyone with or without artificial nails:
Even though PRE - CLEAN is a temporary degreaser and the nail will recover its natural moisture balance within 20 minutes, we advise everyone, whether or not you apply artificial product to the nails, that is to moisturise the nails.
Like you do with your skin, but nails are often forgotten even though they are exposed to more extreme conditions and need more nutrition than skin.
Always advise your client to apply cuticle oil under the nail and at the cuticle preferably twice a day. This is necessary to ensure good adhesion of your artificial product in the long term.
Thanks to oil, moisture moves more slowly in the nail and the nail does not get dried out as quickly by external influences such as weather and water. A nail that has dried out too much does not hold artificial product as well because the nail cells detach and flake off each other. The cells then stick to the artificial product making it appear that the product is detaching, but it is actually the cells that are detaching from each other.
When do you use the PRE - CLEAN?
we explain to you in the handy step-by-step of the PRE PREP

What are the benefits of Breeze bond?
Apply the Breeze bond to a well-prepared and degreased nail and discover why it is necessary to use it with every nail treatment.
- Simple application
- Not in the lamp, air-dry
- Does not contain acids
- Prevents air, lifting
- Compatible with all art product (equally well with other brands)
- Does not damage the natural nail
- Odourless
How to use Breeze bond
Prepare the nails & degrease the nails. Afterwards you apply the Breeze bond in small amount on each nail. The product is air-drying, so it does not need to be placed in the lamp.
Do you prefer a primer with acids? Then you can opt for the SO Primer Acid.
Are you going for the ultimate bonding power? Then you can combine both products.
Extra information
If you have prepared all the nails, make sure that your client's hands remain on the table. Once the degreaser has been placed, you must ensure that your customer is aware that he/she remains seated and does not move their hands, unless you request this. I say this because the slightest contact with e.g. skin and the nail plate can cause your nail plate to become 'fat' again. This will also cause loosening of the product. So basically every time your customer scratches the hair, puts a hand under the head for support, the customer picks up the phone, ... or else, during the preparation of your nails, degrease and prepare the nails again.
First use the pre-prep and breeze bond in combination & guarantee the ultimate adhesion of your product.
Would you like more information about the Breeze bond?

- Hooggepigmenteerde kleuren
- meer dan 125 verschillende kleuren
- Dekken in 1-2 lagen
- Eenvoudig in gebruik

It sets itself nicely into shape, ensuring a beautiful build-up & minimal filing afterwards.
Also, it won't get hot in the lamp, so you won't feel any heat under it.
The function of the SO EASY BUILD building gel
We have been used to building gel coming out of a jar for years, but why choose to use it in a jar? It is mainly the ease and speed with which you can work once you are used to working from a bottle.

- Gives the necessary strength to lengthen nails, both with stencils and tips.
- Can be used for any nail type.

Step by step possible use of the SO Easy build build gel
- First PREP your nails (maw prepare your nails well before placing product, cuticles, file mat, degrease, dust)
- Place a thin layer of rubber base for extra adhesion.
- Place a thin layer of SO Easy build (do not cure), then build the nail.
TIP: Use your microstyler on the sidewalls/nails to finely place the gel here.
- After placement, you can hold the nail upside down, this will cause your gel to shift to the correct place, making the bulge come into place nicely.
- Then harden the product in the lamp (60sec LED, 120sec UV).
- File the product into shape if necessary, filing is not necessary if your product is perfectly placed.
- Place your colour and topcoat to finish.
Finally, I like to tell you that it is extremely easy to create the perfect Babyboom nails with this product.
To do this, use the Soft White as a white border, and fade it out with your SO Micro Art Brush #0001. Then harden this in the lamp - 60sec LED, 120sec UV. Afterwards, build up the nails with your Sweet Boomer. File the nails into shape, if necessary. And voila, good to go! Quick & easy.

The SO Easy Build from the SO GUILTY - Iconic Nails range literally translates to 'So easy to build', and that is exactly what it does. With its auto-leveling structure, you build your nails in no time!
- This flexible building gel can be used to strengthen natural nails by forming a nice APEX
- Gives the necessary strength to lengthen nails, both with stencils and tips.
- Can be used for any nail type.
The special features of SO EASY build
we list all the special features for you:
- Building gel in a bottle
- NO HEAT formula - Does not burn in the lamp
- Very good adhesion
- Flexible on the nail
- Self-leveling, very good self-levelling
- Can be placed on tips
- Extend with nail forms
- Strengthen natural nail
- Medium / Low viscosity
- Cures in 60sec LED 48W - 120sec UV lamp 36W
- Acid free
- Available in 3 colours (Clear, Sweet Boomer, Soft White)
- Available in bottles with brush 5 and 12ml

Perfectly polished nails thanks to Utopian Gelpolish colours.
This highly pigmented gel polish that covers perfectly in 2 layers often only needs 1 layer and gives very nice coverage.
Thanks to the specially shaped brush, you can polish tightly and round off nicely at the cuticle. It only requires slight pressure to set the width of the cuticle.
Moreover, your colour will stay on nicely, will not run into the cuticle or sidewall and will not shrink during curing in the UV lamp.
They may seem insignificant...highly pigmented, good coverage, shaped brush, no shrinkage of product....but for any professional nail stylist, this is crucial to save time and achieve a beautifully painted nail. Because even though you place your nail base perfectly, if you don't have the right quality of colour, your whole set can fail. Herewith you are guaranteed successful nails with SO GUILTY - Iconic Nails.
How should I apply the gel polish correctly?
- Do a proper PREP, find out the step by step of thorough preparation here.
- Place a layer of colour on BASE & BASE+ or RUBBERBASE/BIAB, gel, acrylic, acrygel/Polygel/EPIC Fusion. It is not necessary to cleanse first unless you would have filed first.
- Apply light pressure by placing your gel polish brush 3 mm from the cuticle until your bristles reaches the width of the cuticle. Then slide to the cuticle as close as possible to the cuticle without touching.
- Then hold your Brush flat and hover without pressure all over the nail.
- Next, turn the finger to one side and with one half of your brush, repeat this step and line up nicely at the side wall line without touching the skin and go all over the side.
- You turn the finger to the other side and do the same with the other side of the nail.
- Go very lightly with flat brush and float all over the nail to even out and close the hairline. (= is the edge of the nail free edge)
- Cure for 30 seconds
- Apply a 2nd layer if necessary
- Place a TOP COAT
We show each colour in the photos with a different UTOPIAN GELPOLISH Top Coat
TIP: with acrylics, you can choose to apply a very thin layer of RUBBERBASE/BIAB before you apply the GELPOLISH COLOR. This way, your colour will adhere even better to the acrylic.
What characteristics can you expect?
Utopian Gelpolish colours can be applied to all artificial products such as BASE & BASE+ or RUBBERBASE/BIAB but also gel, acrylic, acrygel/Polygel/EPIC Fusion
